04 — About
“I spent years looking for the place where the future gets decided. In the end, I decided to build it myself.”
I trained as a telecommunications engineer at Mondragon and have spent over a decade where strategy and technology touch: corporate transformation, product, business-model design. What I do now is the same, with one difference: I no longer explain it on a slide, I build it and I run it.
Four ventures, three home-grown systems and one method. When something isn't measured, I say so; when something is dropped, it gets written down. It's the part of the work almost nobody publishes, and it's why this site exists.
